Court case shock - Ballarat magistrate dismissed a charge of careless driving which resulted in a broken back for cyclist William Angel. The magistrate said that becasue the rider did not have a front light he was an "accident waiting to happen", despite having a rear light, a yellow vest and reflective shoe covers.

Aussie Butt Cream - Last night I was thinking that someone needed to develop a chamois cream that was suitable for female use (i.e. non-allergenic, no fragrances, no alcohol, none of those sort of ingredients that can cause "issues" for females). Anyway, logged on to this site this morning and one of the google ads was for Aussie Butt Cream. It has been developed by Petrina Quinn, an Aussie endurance cyclist and ironman triathlete. Looks like the answer!

Cycle Chic!! Check out this range of designer social ride wear. Can't say I'll be wearing a dress to do river loop anytime soon though...
London hosts night time crits - the Nocturne Series. What a great idea! Saturday mornings can be tricky for a lot of people - especially those with kids who play sport too. Let's get some nice big lights at the crit tracks and race on week night!
Just a thought - how come the female winners don't get hugs and kisses from hunky local men when they get presented on the podium??!!<

Coro Drive/Hale St construction works - People slow down on the Coro Drive bikepath during construction! If people continue to race through the construction works, a mandatory dismount will be implemented. And that will suck!
